For single occupancy there is a £15.00 charge on top of the standard rate.

Please note that, during the peak months of July and August, the minimum booking period is two nights.

Payment may be made in cash or by cheque. We do not have the facility to accept cards.

Deposits:

For bookings of up to three nights a deposit of £10 per person is required. Bookings of four nights and over require a deposit of £20 per person. Deposits will be subtracted from final bills. Once your booking is confirmed, the following conditions apply.

Conditions:

In the event of cancellation within seven days of your date of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking date you will be liable for the total fee for your accommodation unless we are able to re-let the room.

Guests are asked to arrive between 4.30pm and 7.00pm. If you find you will be later than 7.00pm, please contact us and let us know. Failure to do so may result in the room being re-let. 

We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.00am each day, the house being generally closed to visitors between then and 4.00pm, unless there are special circumstances.
